Having a desire to continue my posts on the side of technology and how it can benefit individuals and businesses I've opted to use an open source blog engine (http://www.dotnetblogengine.net/). This program is very sweet and if you're looking for a highly customizable blog for your company then this is a good one to chose from.
One key question that always comes out is what is NTBuddy? NTBuddy is a combination of two names; NT and Buddy. The NT portion comes from the mid-1990's where Microsoft had a product called Windows NT. NT stands for New Technology. Being a technologist that is truly into Microsoft products my friends starting calling me NTBuddy as one of our friends was a Macintosh technologist and he was known as MACBuddy. MACBuddy no longer exists (I'm sure someday it will be back by someone else) but I've always kept the name of NTBuddy as still fourteen years later it not only fits but fits more today than it did then. Back in the mid 1990's I worked on Novell networks, Cisco products and Macintosh systems as well. Now I'm pretty much all Microsoft products but still dable in the other areas when time allows.
My emphasis previously also was on hardware only and now is more software and software development, in C#, than anything else. I work on several websites for clients daily, maintain small to mid-size business networks, and help organizations take advantage of the technology available to them.
