Have you ever uploaded a ISV.Config file to your Microsoft Dynamics CRM server and had an error? If so, you would get a screen that looks like the one below:

To fix this the solution is relatively painless. The first thing to do is correct your ISV.config file (hopefully you made a backup first). Then navigate to your CRM Server with the following at the end
http://CRMServer:5555/tools/systemcustomization/systemcustomization.aspx?pid=03. This will load your import screen (see below) so that you can get back to a working system.
